The Byre

Set on our own working farm, The Byre is part of converted traditional stone barn dating back to the 1880s. It’s accessed down a flight of 17 stone steps and once at this level the accommodation is on one floor. It too has a wealth of features such as two original arched bedroom windows. The ideal family accommodation comprises a tiled entrance with ample space for coats and boots; a spacious living room; a fully fitted dining kitchen; a master bedroom with ensuite shower room; a twin bedded room and a house bathroom with shower, spa bath, wc and whb.

The spacious dining kitchen is fully fitted with full size electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher.

This too is very spacious with a patio door leading onto the garden, it has an electric wood burner effect stove giving that extra heat and cheerful glow in the winter months. The master bedroom leads from this room.

Master Bedroom with Ensuite

This bedroom has a king sized bed with ensuite shower room and an original stone arched window looking onto the garden and countryside beyond.

Twin Bedroom

The other matching arched window is a feature of this bedroom with twin beds leading onto the entrance hall and house bathroom.

House Bathroom

The spacious bathroom has a shower, spa bath, wc and whb. It’s situated adjacent to the twin bedroom, and can almost be described as this bedroom’s ensuite as the master bedroom with its own shower room is at the opposite end of the cottage.

A patio area with BBQ and garden furniture leads onto a lawned area suitable for ball games and relaxing with views across the Yorkshire Dales.
